From the first contact (PHASE 1), the MHS health management team defines the specific action plan and activates the medical teams necessary for the execution and the ideal care protocol.

 

The service protocols are defined by the coordination of health management, aiming at the best accessible health care. Our actions range from mobilization to screening points in ports and sending a health team to ships to first attend emergency evacuations of patients to the best hospital emergencies and with the best teams ready to receive. We classify our protocols considering medical complexity, the degree of emergency and urgency, on a case-by-case basis.
