The initial contact of the MHS sorting station with port agents and on-board teams is crucial for us to define and validate, step by step, the complexity of health cases on ships, the best strategy for approach, the type of action and assistance to be carried out, the necessary processes and resources and the appropriate technical health protocol, based on ANVISA guidelines.

 

This contact is made through a direct communication channel, either by email, SMS or telephone, immediately involving a health management team trained to respond to emergencies, the maritime agent and the person in charge of the ship.
